Return Policy
All Sales Final
Every item in our store is made to order — printed specifically for you when your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including sizing, color preference, or a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or shipping damage, we will make it right. Email us at hello@menono.co with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong size or color, contact us at hello@menono.co and we'll resolve it promptly.
